These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website multiculture.ge and any purchase made through it. The site is operated by Multi Culture ("MULTI CULTURE", "we", "us"), located at 18 Queen Tamar Avenue, Tbilisi, Georgia. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
We sell curated streetwear and designer apparel and accessories. Every item is described as accurately as possible, including condition (new or pre-owned) and any flaws. All pieces are checked through our own authentication process. Colours and sizing are provided for guidance and may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
All prices are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL, ₾) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock being unavailable.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation. Many items are one-of-one or limited stock; if an item sells out before your order is processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
All brand names and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners. The MULTI CULTURE® name, logo, site design and content are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

We share data only with providers that help us run the store — our payment processor, shipping/courier partners, and hosting provider — and only as needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data.
